These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by AdvisorOne, a brand of E7evate LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as AdvisorOne (“AdvisorOne,” “we,” “us”). By opting in to receive text messages from AdvisorOne, you agree to these terms.
Program name and description
Program name: AdvisorOne Client Messaging.
AdvisorOne sends text messages to clients, prospective clients, and people who have contacted us, to support our accounting, tax, and CFO advisory services. Messages may include:
- Replies to questions and requests you send us
- Meeting and appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- Requests for documents or information we need to complete your work
- Account and service notifications, such as deadline reminders and status updates on your engagement
- Billing and invoice notifications
We do not use this program to send marketing or promotional messages.
How you opt in
You may opt in to receive text messages from AdvisorOne by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you fill out a form on our website, during client onboarding, verbally when speaking with a member of our team, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from AdvisorOne.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the requests you make.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Check with your carrier for details on your plan.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from AdvisorOne. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from that number unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.

Supported carriers
Text messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected for this program will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our messaging platform), solely to provide this service. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up that number, please reply STOP from it or tell us so we can update our records. Do not text us sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or passwords. We will request that information through a secure channel instead.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
